In order to meet quorum, the board has decided to hold a Gift Card drawing for those physically attending the meeting and those sending in proxies. Announcement of the gift card winner will be held at the end of the meeting.

Notice of 2023 Annual Meeting
The Village of Sage Meadows HOA will hold its 2023 Annual Meeting on
Thursday - April 20th, 2023, via Zoom Webinar. Members must Pre-Register using
this link, by no later than April 20th at 12pm . Members not registered will not be able to enter the meeting. Only one household member may register for the meeting. Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors will hold a Called Meeting to elect Officers.

Online ACH Signup for 2023 Closing on 1/26/2023
The online signup for the payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment is closing at 5pm, Thursday, 1/26/2023.
1. To allow for validation and processing time, residents signing up between now and 1/26 will have their first payment scheduled for February 6, 2023.
2. You will receive an email confirming your successful online signup. If there is a problem with your banking information, you will receive another email before 2/6/2023 informing you of the problem, and giving you time to get corrected information back to us.
3. Late fees are not charged on 2/1 for approved and validated ACH signups.
4. If you are not able to sign up for ACH payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment, your payment is due in our office no later than 5pm on January 31
st. Accounts not paid by 5pm on that day will be charged late fees and interest per the posted collections policy.

vacant land in the neighborhood for the purpose of having a future park lot. The Lot is located at 1045 Sagebrush Drive.

know your name and address. You will then be emailed an invoice from the HOA that you can pay online.

The 2014 Assessment invoices were mailed on Monday, January 6th. If you do not receive your invoice soon, please let us know. The
Assessment is paid once each year, and is due in our office by March 1st, 2014. Late Fees and penalties begin after March 31st. Please
take advantage of the 90 day window to pay before that happens!

1. Solar Death Ray - As recommended by the Landscape Committee, the HOA is working with NASA on placing a solar powered Death Ray in low orbit around the Earth. When needed, the Death Ray can be turned on and used to precisely edge any yard in the HOA. Estimated time of completion is June 2027.
2. Roller coaster - Plans are in the works for an old-style wooden roller coaster in the common area. Staffing for the coaster will be S. Claus and E. Bunny, Esq. Estimated time of completion is April 1, 2019.
